Q: Do I need to supply my own chemicals and equipment?

A: All of our cleaners and gardeners come equipped with chemicals and equipment. However, If you would like particular products or equipment used in your home, you are welcome to leave it out for the cleaner or gardener to use.


Q: When will I receive a quote?

A: After a team member has either viewed your residence or reviewed your quotation form. This process will take less than 48 hours. All quotes are free of charge.

 

Q: Is there a contract involved?

A: Our services don’t involve any lock-in contracts. If you no longer require our services, you can cancel at any time.

 

Q: How can I cancel my upcoming appointment?

A: You can cancel your service at any given time. You can call the office, send a text message or an email.

Please Note: All cancellations must be made 24 hours before the service is to take place. If a cancellation is made under 24 hours, you may incur a fee which covers the cleaners loss of wages.


Q: Will I get the same cleaner/ gardener each service?

A: Generally, yes. We will always try to assign a cleaner or gardener to your service so that they are familiar with your needs and requirements. However, there are occasions such as public holidays, illnesses, emergencies, holidays that may impact your usual cleaner or gardener attending. We will endeavour to notify you of any changes made to your service with plenty of notice.

 

Q: What happens if damage is caused during the service?

A: In the case that damage is caused as a result of our service, please contact our team and provide photos within 48 hours of the date/time of your service. In the event that damage has been caused due to negligence of our team, we will seek to repair the item. When a repair is not possible, a replacement will be sought.

 

Q: How do I pay for my service?

A: When you have received the invoice for the service that was completed, there will be instructions on how to pay online by making the payment directly to our bank account. We also offer the option to pay via Apple Pay and Credit Card online.
