Booking with us and NDIS is easy, after you provide us the details of what you are looking for, we will get the details of your Support Coordinator and organise with them directly so you don't have to worry.

The Process

1. Schedule a Quote

Contact our EziAdmin team today to receive a quote.

You can call the EziOffice on 07 3667 7900 to speak with an EziAdmin Team Member or fill out the form below and we will be sure to make contact shortly.

2. Quote

When a quote has been made, it will be sent to your email. You can approve the quote with 1 press of a button or call the EziOffice where an EziAdmin Team Member can assist you in the next steps.  

 

3. Quote Approval

If you approve the quote via the website, one of our team members will make contact with you to confirm all of your details and cleaning requirements.

If you aren’t tech savvy you can call the EziOffice and speak with an EziAdmin Team Member who will be able to assist you in the next steps.

 

4. Scheduling

Once all of your details have been confirmed, you will be able to choose a day and time that is most suitable for you. Please let us know your preferences of days and times that are suitable. Your job will be assigned to a cleaner and added into the roster.

 

5. Appointment Reminder

You will receive an SMS or call reminder the day before your appointment, can’t make it? Call the EziOffice on 07 3667 7900 or reply to the SMS to reschedule or cancel the appointment.

 

6. Review and Feedback

After your first initial appointment, one of our team members will make contact with you to gather some feedback. This is to ensure all clients are happy with their service and it helps to improve operational procedures. Both good and bad feedback is welcomed.
